Over the past 20-years, Overseas Carriers, Inc., (OCI) [formally Pearcy Marine, Inc.] has handled logistics for domestic brown water [inland waterway] and international blue water [open ocean] shipping in the US and world market place Our experienced management teams have managed shipments for over size loads, military cargo including vehicles, ammunition, aircraft units, and dangerous materials, including heavy-lift cargo movements and the towing of retired US Navy vessels going to scrap.

VESSEL APPLICATIONS:
An OCI subsidiary, the Ran American Group, has developed a shallow draft military styled patrol boat for applications where defense is a growing and more imperative marine objective in the world theater. These US built corvette patrol vessels are for open ocean and harbor security, and can serve in the following manner:
1. Protect shipping lanes, harbors, and offshore assets [oil fields] against pirates, and terrorists,
2. Defensive interception of drug traffickers, smugglers, and illegal immigrations,
3. As a surveillance and intelligence support platform,
4. Offer a precision-strike-stand-off short-range weapons platform,
5. Operate as a strategic mobile communication and radar platform,
6. Provide artillery, infantry, and ammunition supply conveyance,
7. Apply in rapid response search and rescue support conveyance,
8. Operate as a limited personnel deployment platform,
9. Function as a water based research and recovery platform, and
10. Operate as water based helicopter deployment platform.

VESSEL SPECIFICATIONS:
With US State Department approvals, the following list identifies the general equipment and features that can be included with these vessels:
1) Improved high-speed hull +/- 40-ft. [12.2-m] bean, with maximum length to be 250-ft. [76.2-m] to 300-ft. [91.5-m].
2) Maximum speed 32-knots,
3) Crew compliment 25-seamen,
4) Armed with 57-mm to 76-mm caliber forward mounted deck gun on the bow,
5) Lighter 12.7-mm to 30-mm weapon stations [hard-points] positioned on the deck and upper super structure,
6) Stern landing pad and maintenance hangar for carrying a light to medium helicopter (included with the vessel purchase),
7) 2-each high-speed 40-ft. response boats mounted on slip racks at the stern, each equipped with 30-caliber deck mounted machine guns,
8) Ship is fitted with optional surface-to-surface and/or surface-to-air missile systems,
9) Underwater warfare systems and sensors, (Anti Submarine Warfare)
10) Expanded on-board personnel crew accommodation areas, and
11) For larger budgets, an integrated weapons and communications management system can be considered for these vessels.
