INTRODUCTORY LETTERThe Iraqi Union for Development and Investment (IUDI) a Non Governmental - Non Profitable Organization- established in 2005 with its founders and members of elite companies, businessmen, and academic professionals. The Union� main objective is to participate in rebuilding the new Iraq. Its main role will be to actively strengthen trade relationships between Iraq and countries all over the world by inviting companies to participate in the development of the Iraqi economy.To achieve the Union&＃39;s goals it has sponsored a Commercial Marketing Center (CMC) building of three levels story offices in the central business district of the capital Baghdad. The center will open in June, 2009.Ramita for Agencies and Trading Co. one of the Union&＃39;s founding members with deep and long experience in Business and Trading will be acting as the Sole Representative in Iraq on behalf of the participating companies, in Marketing and Promoting their Products and Services to the Iraqi consumers from both Private and public sectors.The participating companies can and will be able to benefit from the following services of Ramita Company for Agencies and Trading:1. Help and support companies in submitting bids on their behalf to local Iraqi beneficiaries.2. Help and support companies in getting orders from local merchants and in forwarding one single order to the selling/exporting company.Help and support companies in their marketing campaign by:�Using the CMC&＃39;s local network of committees in the 18th Iraqi provinces.�Using the available specialized team to promote their Products and Services.�Holding seminars to the local network of merchants on any new products or services.�Using local TV stations, press, billboards and available spots in public places such as malls and shops.
