Our saut?d onion is pre-cooked, saut?d to perfection and can be instantly used for quick preparation of gravy, as base for many curry preparations and for flavoring.

Comes in the unique retort packaging imported from Japan, which uses state of the art technology, with a shelf life of more than 18 months without refrigeration.  Usually this retort pouch is a laminate consisting of 4 layers of Aluminium, Nylon, Pet and Polypropylene. These pouches are light, easy to carry and for disposability.

This process ensures that food is safe, retains its just cooked taste.  Around 2.5 Kg of raw onion is equivalent to 1 Kg of our saut?d onions. Saves inventory, labor and most useful in restaurants/kitchens to meet an instant requirement as well as regular use. Highly economical, in terms of storage cost, space, labor in peeling, chopping and frying besides saving of cooking oil, wastage and time.
