Our power sector work experience includes the following: 1. Made or finalized most of the model documents used in the power sector in Pakistan; 2. Negotiated & drafted fourteen (14) IPP’s in Pakistan, the most by any law firm; 3. Undertook the key legal opinion work required to establish the regulatory and legal regime for IPP’s in Pakistan. 4. Our international experience includes the UAE’s first CSP solar power plant and advising a bidder on the recent tender for a fleet of nuclear power plants in the UAE.
