(1)Chain Production LineThere are about 900 sets of machines automatically manufacturing about 500 kinds of chains.(2)Assembly LineOur assembly line attaches pendants and the other accessories to the chains. (3)Plating LineThis line arranges all of plating process such as Nickel, Burnish, Gold,Silver, Hematite, Matt and so on. Because we have this plating line directly, it is very speedy time to plate all of materials. (4)Coating LineIn case of this line, it is possible to coat or e-coat all of goods such as chains, armbands, metal pieces pressed, medals and so on. (5)Epoxy LineOur epoxy line arranges mainly for casting goods and keyholders. Our experienced employees work the high grade process. (6)Armband Production LineThis line makes wire into metal spring automatically and cut the metal spring according to any sizes.(7)Spot Soldering LineIn case that we produce the goods such as armbands, omega chains, hoof-earring and so on, they have to pass this line always. There are 50 sets of machines in this line.(8)Oxyacetylene Soldering LineThis line process to connect the subsidiary goods such as casting goods, chains and gem-chains. (9)Grinding LineThis line arranges to grinde one part on the chain. After this process, it is very shining and beautiful. Some of models in our goods are operated in this line. There are some models which have DC letters on the model name.(10)Casting LineThis casting line arranges to make many styles of pendents. Our designers make a design pendents and molds. After that, the goods is produced by using zinc and tin. Continuously, the next process does grinding work and cleaning work for plating process. (11)Design & Sampling LineThis line is the best important one in our factory and our designers research & develop many styles through the survey in the world market.
