Our company is a Chinese foundry specialized in manufacturing aluminum and zinc castings.
Founded in 2003, our company now has obtained rich experience in producing aluminum and zinc low or high pressure die castings and gravity castings.
With the efforts of all the staff and thanks to our reliable suppliers, our company has enlarged the capacity year by year. Our aluminum alloy ingots workshop can supply 18,000 tons of ingots to consumers and our company each year. All the moulds are built by our own mould workshop. The casting production lines can provide 5 million pieces (about 1,000 tons) of high-quality castings with two kinds of materials, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy. Our castings are suitable for various industries, including automotive, machinery, petroleum, motorcycle, railway, construction, hardware and tools.
To guarantee high quality products, high-standard casting machines, CNC machining center, German SPECTRO spectrometer and HEXAGON CMM have been introduced, and new equipment is being and will be introduced according to production demands.
With in-house alloy ingots production, mould building and machining, our company is getting more competitive in price, timely in delivery and reliable in quality.
