As a private furniture manufacturing enterprise, Qingdao Ausmart Furniture Co., Ltd was established in 2001 with 15000 square meter workshop and more than 160 pieces equipments. Thereinto, more than 130 pieces are normal woodwork machines, 60% of which are made and imported from Taiwan. The factory is located only 25 kilometer away from the third large seaport in China---Qingdao seaport. Our main products are dining table and chair in solid wood and bentwood, wooden crib. At the same time, we are also producing kid furniture, wooden craft, wood bookshelf, wood flower shelf and some outdoor furniture. The materials are mostly birch, pine, oak, poplar and beech. Our products are mainly exported to IKEA. In addition, we are also producing and exporting for the market of America, British, Japan, Sweden, Denmark and Germany etc. Our export amount is increasing from USD800 thousand in 2002 to USD2.6 million in 2003, and USD4 million in 2004, which is still developing step by step.
