50% by Irrevocable, Non-Transferable Letter of Credit 100%
payable at sight.
Delivery: 30 days upon receipt of 50% Deposit

3. Payment mode: Deposit 40% (3 days upon contract signing)
Second Payment 40% (5 days prior to loading to vessel)
Final Payment 20% ( upon completion of loading)
Delivery: 30 days upon receipt of 40% Deposit.
