PT. Sopanusa Tbk was established
in the Republic of Indonesia under the framework of the
Foreign Capital Investment Law No. 1 of 1979, based on the
Notarial Deed of Ridwan Suselo No. 68 dated December 7,
1976 under the name CV. Berkat. The Company?s Articles of
Association were approved by the Ministry of Justice Republic
of Indonesia in its decision letter No. Y.A.5/50/2 dated
February 9, 1989 and published in Supplement No. 172 of the
State Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 18 dated March 3,
1978. In July 6, 1994 the Company became PT. Berkat Indah
Agung. In 1986 the Company was rename as PT. Indah Kiat
Pulp & Paper Corporation, and in 1999, it became PT. Sopanusa Tbk. Since 1999, it became
PT. Sopanusa Tbk. The Company?s Articles of
Association have been amended several times name of company and director ready for sell copy paper to all world
