The wafers are produced with diameters 2, 3, 4 and 5, 6 inches at quantity
30 000pcs per month. Our basic wafer parameters meet SEMI M1-95 standard.

We produce as-cut, lapped and etched, one side and double side polished
wafers with Boron, Phosphorus, Arsenic and Antimony dopant, Prime Grade and
