Manganese Steel : single piece weight from 500 kgs. to 4500 kgs Hi-Chrome : single piece weight from 500 kgs. to 4000 kgs. Facilities:- Pattern Making: Experienced pattern makers. Melting: 6tonne capacity Induction Furnace (with 2 crucibles) (2700KWcap) Ladle Pre Heating Zone. Heat Treatment: In-house facilities for stress relieving, normalizing, quenching (Water and Polymer) etc. to achieve the properties of castings as per technical delivery conditions. Fettling: Equipped facility to process the casting with sustainable speed. Testing: We have in-house chemical & physical lab with Tensile machine, BHN facility, Bend testing and Rockwell, Spectrometer, Dye Penetrating Test, Ultrasonic Testing, MPI and other Non-Destructive Testing facilities.
