mths. If you are willing to buy then i can forward
you(a soft offer) with the price and terms/conditions tommorrow.
However,
most importantly your buyer must make us a LOI & BCL(from top 50 banks
not
less than 5 days) after i send you a soft offer. If this is agreed
upon,
let me know before we can proceed further because thats the only
condition
the sellers deal.
