           Quantities required:  As agreed between seller & buyer entities.

           Delivery:  F.O.B Mozambique at the Loading Port     or  CIF China Ports

           Terms:     As agreed between the parties.

           Payment:   Letter of Credit or other Mutually agreeable terms of Payment

           Shipment Inspections:  SGS OR Equivalent .

           Minimum Lifting Per Month:  Seller will guarantee a minimum lifting of 10,000 MT or                      more per month.


           Upon acknowledgement of this LOI, Seller will issue FCO, with previous transaction history.
