We introduce ourselves as Manufacturer of quality CONNECTING RODS in India for Diesel, Petrol Engines, Tractors, Automobiles, Marine, DG sets and Earth Moving Equipments and Compressors, having ISO 9001-2000 CERTIFICATION.
We are in this line since 25 years and have most modern manufacturing unit. Over 70% of our production is supplied to O. E. Customers.
We are quite confident that we shall be able to manufacture & supply Connecting rods required for your well known products exactly as per your drawings / samples and within given parameters. We use material like 42CrMo4, SAE1141, EN8D etc as per customer requirement. We also do induction hardening and NQT (Normalizing, Quenching and Tempering) .
We have already developed connecting rods for CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, DEUTZ, ESCORTS, FIAT, Ford, JOHNDEERE, LISTER, LOMBARDINI, MAN, MASSEY FERGUSON, MERCEDES BENZ, Mitsubishi, Nissan, PERKINS, PETTER, PEUGEOT, TATRA, Toyota, ZETOR etc. We can also develop connecting rods as per your drawing, samples. We currently supply to many countries including USA, Europe, Australia, UAE and others.
We also developed the FRACTURE SPLITTING (The latest High Quality and High accuracy process) connecting rods.
