We have an automatic bagging system and care is taken to see that the standard of the bags in which the masterbatch is packed is also maintained.
Pbi has a sophisticated laboratory to check all the ingredients required to manufacture masterbatches. All the basic ingredients like the polymers, pigments, additives are checked and accepted only if they abide to the required specifications. Two spectro-photometers provide the in house facility of exact and quick colour matching. Besides, a close tolerance of the finished goods and batch-to-batch consistency is also ensured. During the manufacturing process, at regular intervals of three hours, all the masterbatches are checked for quality parameters like dispersion, mfi, bulk density, colour matching and percentage concentration of pigments
