Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and the Draft Sale Contract for all parties to review and endorsed. 3. Seller and Buyer both will sign the Sale Contract over Email Address and After signing the contracts both the Buyer and the Seller must make payments and document transactions based on Bank to Bank exchanges. 4. The buyer upon agreeing to all amendments of this contract will return the contract to the seller. After bank-to-bank negotiations the Buyer’s bank will issue an irrevocable, non-transferable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) for total value of the contract. 5.
