PRIMARY PURPOSE
To carry on a general mercantile and commercial business of exporting, acquiring, holding, selling or otherwise disposing of and dealing in any goods, wares, merchandise and commodities of all kinds, and products of the PHILIPPINES or other countries, which are articles of commerce, including but not limited to office equipment, construction, industrial, agricultural and farm supplies, implements and equipment, dry goods, groceries, textiles, wares of all kinds, shoes, clothing, hardware, machineries, building and construction materials, electrical supplies and equipment and all other articles of trades, barter or exchange, and to engage in the manufacture of such products or articles of trade whenever a sufficient market has been established and deem necessary for the advancement of the corporation, except in the manufacture of food, drugs and cosmetics.
