PGI is a full-scale research and production analytical instrument corporation. The company was first established in 1991 as a research institute. Then in 1993, the company began its quest for world class analytical instrumentation products. Extensive research, design and testing were used for the development of UV-spectrophotometers, atomic absorption spectrophotometers, water quality analyzers, and medical testing instruments. In a few short years, by 1996, PG obtained the ISO9001 certification. In 1999, environmental standard ISO 14001 certification was also obtained. That same year, PG began exporting its products, and have since established business relationships with 55 countries in 6 continents.
