Petrozoil Ventures Sdn Bhd has recently been established and incorporated in Malaysia under the company Act 1965 as a consortium/joint-venture company between OZOIL (M) Sdn Bhd and PETROGOLD Sdn Bhd, in an effort to combine their respective expertise, experience, resources and infrastructure for the purpose of developing the upstream, downstream, some related infrastructure, facilites and support services which would contribute to the every aspects of the devlopment of the Oil and Gas industry, both locally and internationally.
