Our factory is involved into the production of pasta since many generations and we currently produce pasta about 300 tons per day - combining the best tradition of Italian pasta making with the finest raw materials and high technology, we still keep the promise made by our founder, Sr., ???never sacrifice quality for volume.??? The family is still very much in charge, in fact, the fourth generation of the family is now running the business.
Our business had grown rapidly over the last decade due to increased investment into technology with special attention to quality control of the finished product.  From its humble beginnings,has transformed from a small regional producer to a major player on the international  market both with our trade marks, especially the premier one and Private Labels.  

Our brands, which represent 50% of our total production, are exported to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, South America, Australia, Africa and Japan.  We are also exporting in Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore after SIAL. We generally work with Exclusive Importers for each Country.
The other 50% of our production is private label produced for domestic brands as  well  as  export mainly for the European and not only market.
In order to sell so many important clients the company is certified ISO 9002 (Vision 2000 already achieved), by BVQI Italia, BRC (high  level)  by  the  British  CMI,  as  well  as  AIAB  for  Organic  pasta.    
We are also certified  Kosher  by  the  Orthodox  Union.
