COMPANY PROFILE
Our group, first established in 1983, consist of  3 companies active as agents, traders and wholesalers in various businesses, but all in label and print industries.
GIMEKS was first established in 1983 and started those years as the exclusive distributors of  Jackstadt GmbH. Until the sale of Jac to Avery Dennison we made a turnover of around 40 million US Dollar of all types of Jac Label products to our market. Coverage of the market was around 60 ? 70 % until 1997. At this date sudden very severe competition lowered our turnovers.
In 1998, we made a partnership and founded PAPIRUS ETIKET, which is now dealing Jac products in 4 different segments: Paper sheets, Film sheets, Sign products (plotter foils, ink-jet products, transfer films, et.) and Ready made labels.
In 1996 another company was formed under the name of POLIKET to deal mainly on textile label products such as mattress labels, carpet labels, care labels, etc.
After transferring all Jac business to Papir?s, G&＃304;MEKS has started in June 2002, handling all other businesses related to label industry, comprising of printing machines, inks, filmic roll labelstocks, hot stamping foils, etc.
Consequently, as a group we are representing, importing, stocking and distributing to the whole turkish market, directly and thru our dealers, the following products, from different lines:
