The company Palme dOr is specialized in the conditioning and the exportation of fruit and vegetables, and mainly dates. To develop this procedure, the company has moved towards the valorization of dates in developing by products. The purpose is to enhance the valve of the Tunisian dates and to turn them towards a transformation industry in order to increase their added value. We collaborate with the farmers in order to obtain high quality produce and to satisfy, the expectations of customers us respecting health rules, protecting the environment and the international norms to achieve this goal, the local farmers are at the heart of our activity: they enjoy training sessions about produce methods and fruit selection.
