Am able to negotiate contracts for very serious buyers interested in long term relationships. I have several opportunities for new contracts right now but I am restricted from negotiating as my present refineries get first right of refusal. Given the current market conditions I feel that greater profit lies in individual contracts to independent wholesalers.
