PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Broken : 5.0% max.
Moisture : 14% max.
Damaged kernels : 1.5% max.
Yellow kernels : 0.5% max.
Foreign Matters : 0.1% max.
Paddy : 15 (grains per kg) max.
Chalky kernels : 6.0% max.
Immature kernels : 0.2% max.

PERFORMANCE BOND: Seller's performance bond of 10 contract value against buyer's performance bond of 10% contract value and L/C 100% at sight.

CONTRACT PROCEDURE
1. Seller mandate /buyer mandate finalized contract negotiation.
2. Seller approved and confirmed to proceed as per finalized negotiation by issuing (M.N.A.U)
3. Buyer sends to Seller an official ICPO.
4. Seller Issues Draft Contract to buyer, both Parties endorses the Draft Contract with necessary amendments.
5. Buyer's bank issue swift pre-advice of Documentary Letter of Credit to Seller?? bank.
6. Shipment commences as per scheduled in the Contract.
7. Seller out pays the intermediaries involved within 48 hours upon receipt of Buyer?? operative financial Instrument.
