Eastern Cotton Mills Ltd. was founded in 1954 in Hongkong. It's main subsidiary is Mainyard Company Ltd. The main operations of this group are investment, textile, and real estate fields. It holds 25% of Eratex's shares.
UniSouth Ltd. (or its predecessor, South Textiles Ltd.) was founded in Hong Kong in 1949. The South Group (UniSouth) listed its share in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1972 with its main business in textiles, screw fasteners, and property investments. Past 1994, South (now known as South Holdings Ltd.) became a private company with investment in textiles, oil and gas, portfolio, and property investments. South Indonesian Holdings Ltd., a wholely owned subsidiary of South Holdings Ltd., holds 22.5% of Eratex's shares.
