OLIVARERA ITALO-MEXICANA S.A. de C.V., is owned by Italians and Mexicans, and has one of the largest olive groves in the world with over 260,000 olive trees of Italian and other varieties: Mission, Carolea, Nevadillo, Coratina, Leccino, among others. We are located in Mexicali, Baja California, because of its latitude, which is the same as the olive groves in the Mediterranean stripe. Thus allowing optimum conditions for the olive’s growth and it’s top quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olives are brought to our state of the art “Pieralisi” mill immediately after being harvested and are crushed using a “first cold press” method; this ensures the best possible extra virgin olive oil .
