The Olearia Clemente is a company involved since 1895 in the selection and production of extra virgin olive oil which olives come exclusively from Puglia, in the Gargano territory (now National Park). Our region, Puglia, produces more than the 60% of the Italian olive oil production. Our Olive Oil is processed with traditional methods, which preserve the nutritious values, and ensures the absolute authenticity of the product. We have a large range of products and packaging, organic, ***** (Protected Designated Origin) and extra virgin guaranteed by the several certifications we have obtained (ISO 9000-ed. 2000, BRC - British Retail Consortium - Higher Level; USDA NOP - National Organic Program; DNV Food Chain Traceability; GOST-UKR by CSQA). Our firm is the first and the biggest Italian company producing and packaging only 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.
