Oglaend System was founded in Sandnes, Norway in 1977 - over 35 years ago. Today Oglaend System Group is a highly internationalized corporation with 13 subsidiaries spread all over the world, of which Oglaend System Norway AS, Oglaend Industries Malaysia Sdn Bhd are the main production plants. The group has a turn over of US$ 125 million and employs 300 people.

OGLAEND INDUSTRIES Snd. Bhd. was established in June 2008, and is situated in the modern well developed Hicom Industrial Park which is 40 minutes drive west of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We have two manufacturing facilities at this location, one for the production of the company main product line in Metallic and the other for our certified FRP/GRP cable management system and this location is also the centre for the advanced research & development of our FRP/GRP product line.

Our manufacturing and warehouse occupy some 9500m2 and with Klang port only 20km away makes our location perfect for worldwide exports.

Our FRP/GRP system has recently been recognized by UL, cUL USCG, ABS & MarED and have received type approval certification for the supply of our cable management systems into the most demanding environments where fire and toxicity limitations are paramount to health and safety and long service life of installations.
