Seasoned in residential and commercial sales and rentals, Sol is well versed in all areas of New York City, focusing but not limited to the Upper East Side, Midtown East and Downtown Manhattan. He particularly enjoys working with high-end condos and luxury buildings, and he is also tremendously experienced and actively involved in upscale commercial real estate projects.

Originally from Tel-Aviv, Israel, his passion for real estate brought him to New York City, where he spent few years in Queens and Brooklyn selling, renovating and developing houses. He then worked in residential real estate for Citi Habitats. As Sol?s real estate career took off, he wanted a more intimate environment where he could give specialized treatment to each of his unique clients. The transition to New York City Group, Inc. was seamless and his inherent knack with people directly correlates to his ever-growing referral base. There is really no task Sol can?t handle. He enjoys assisting his clients with each step of the process in a timely manner, suiting their precise requirements.

Having worn many hats in his lifetime, Sol has a much sought after educational and professional background. Graduating from Open University in Tel Aviv, Sol holds degrees in Social Science, Psychology and Sociology -three fields that fit exceptionally into the day-to-day dealings of the real estate world. In addition to an impressive college resume, he spent seven years in Professional Aviation, and held numerous positions within the HI-Tec industry. His interest and expertise in technology then brought him to management and sales for many based technology companies.
