Company Introduction

Using advanced microwave, radiant heat and vacuum technology we are able to dry fruit and vegetables into particulates and powders at least cost. Our low thermal process will capture the antioxidants and nutrients at higher values than conventional freeze drying. Our drying units are portable and modular and can be shipped to any fruit and vegetable processing location in the world for drying. As compared to typical freeze drying batch sytems, our technololgy allows us to process on a continuous basis at 3X volume with lower operating costs than conventional freeze drying. Further, we process fresh produce vs standard FD using frozen produce. We are looking for JV partners around the world that have sufficient supplies of fruit and vegetables for processing. We are able to process bio mass or waste streams [peel, fiber, culls,sort outs, etc.] from fruit/vegetable operations and convert this highly nutritious material into food grade powders for the food, nutracuetical and pharmacuetical industries. Our typical dryer will process 5,000,000 lbs of fresh produce and convert it into 500,000 lbs of dried material with a moisture content of 3%.We welcome all serious inquiries from potential joint venture partners.
