Total production capacity is 120.000 kg olives per 24 hours in 2 production lines. Special epoxy coating applied to all surfaces to avoid moldiness and bacterial invasion.Our plant has 700 square meter closed, 400 square meter semi-closed and 3000 square meter open areas. We also have a storage department under stabilised temperature containing steel-nickel tanks with nitrogen flushing system which has a 100.000 Liters capacity. Our filling-labelling departments and quality laboratory is under inspection of our food engineer.
