Our fruits and vegetables are processed in a variety of ways. To name a few of the ways the fruits and vegetables are processed are canned, re-hydrated, dehydrated, and IQF (Individually Quick Frozen). The produce can be cut into different shapes: slices; diced; strips; halves; balls; and chunks, and then processed to specification.
