Our company is located in Ningbo, the central city of Yangtze River Delta, and is near to the deep-water Beilun Port. We are 7km away from Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, and 3 hours' drive away from Shanghai with convenient sea, land and air transportation.
Our PTFE products are widely used in the sealing of valves, machinery, automobiles and pneumatic tools. The valves, gaskets and seals we produced have advantages of high temperature resistance, oil resistance and corrosion resistance with annual production capacity over 5,000,000. With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, our company is devoted to the production of plastic injection products with 500 varieties. We have established good cooperation relationships with domestic and overseas manufacturers in a long-run.
We have rich experience in the mold design and manufacturing. As for the mold production, we introduce the world advanced UG (CAD / CAM) software produced by EDS. Meanwhile, supported by Auto CAD, Mastercam, Cimatron and Pro Engineer design software, we ensure the uniformity between mold design and manufacturing precision. The supported mold process equipment is CNC EDM and various types of grinders, lathes, and milling machines.
