All of our materials are thermo tolerant, high pressure-resistant, non-toxic and environmental friendly. All the products have to go through IPQC, QC, QA, EQC four stations in the whole processing. Each piece of product is inspected carefully, so we can assure finding and solving the problems immediately before delivering the goods to clients. Now our products are FDA, LFGB and DGCCRF approved, certificated by world authority institution, TUV & SGS.
Covering an area of 5000 square meters, we have dust free workshops and 200T above vacuum vulcanizing machine from Taiwan. We have a professional team which is working with the quality control, designing, engineering, mold processing, injection molding, silicon molding, product assembling and packing. Our technology teams do a very good job in equipment maintenance and assure the production can go on smoothly.
Our engineers can make designs as client's requirement by using the CAD and UG software. We have a strong team to do the product creative design. In order to guarantee the new products can be brought to the market more quickly and accurately, we have experienced mold processing team and series of machines to do the molding.
