Can be used for spill clean up or to reduce vapors in above or below ground fuel tanks.  Refiners use to degas tanks before entry and clean up of tank bottoms.  
Product is used to clean highway traffic accidents where hydrocarbons have been spilled.
Using our product prevents the destruction of asphalt highways, we encapsulate the hydrocarbon and clean up with vaccum trucks, peat moss, or universal pads will leave the roadway clean and non slipery.
