Manufacturing facilities:
We have our own tool room for development of new tools as well as maintenance of existing tools / dies.
Pressure die casting machines of sizes dc-60 / 120 / 180 MT have been installed along with associated required machinery and equipment.
Further machining on cnc lathe and vmc is also carried out.
Surface treatment like chromatising, vibro-finishing, shot blasting & plastic powder coating is under taken as per the requirements of the customer.
For sub assembly, press, turn and plastic & extruded components are used.
Manufacturing tolerance can be achieved as per isi specifications on various machines installed in the workshop.
