Company Introduction

Gentlemen: We would like to take this opportunity in introducing our company MSBIOGENESIS INTERNATIONAL CO. a 100% local Company involved in the marketing of organic fertilizers and on castor bean farming for the renewable energy industry. As part of NANOGENETIKS business growth initiatives for 2012, we are preparing and soliciting individual technical and financial support for our major intent to venture into the RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT thru castor bean farming and production of castor oil. As a major initiative to promote castor beans cultivation under the framework of contract farming in the Philippines. Beginning with a modest scale in Region 3, the company is gradually spreading its contract farming operations in several regions through its significant and concerted organizational and financial commitments. The primary focus of the company is to strive towards creation of substantial alternative sources of castor seed supply from the Philippines, and other prospective regions. At the same time, the company has been deeply concerned with raising productivity and incomes of the farmers through castor cultivation, practice organic farming and offering them an alternative framework of economically viable contract farming. The company believes in creating an institutional mechanism of "partnership for growth and prosperity" with the farmers. We are seeking for agricultural partnership or joint venture to assist us in the funding of the project for the purpose of developing, establishing and sustaining the following project specifics in the Philippines: First Level 1. Castor bean plantation (1, 500 ha.-5, 000 ha.) 2. Post Harvest Facility 3. Plantation Expansion Program 4. Integrated Organic Farming 5. Organic Trading Facility 6. Castor Bean Export Trading Facility The market for this business is global in perspective with the growing demand in bio energy as substitute to the highly priced and diminishing supply of fossil base fuel source. Implementation of the above program will help the Philippine economy in terms of bio fuel supply, local revenues and import allocations. Also, in pursuit of sustainable food security and renewable energy program in Asia, our operational plan emphasizes the drivers of change that should lead to improvements and greater impacts centered into the following objectives: a. Poverty Alleviation for the Agricultural Base workers sector 1. Sustainable Livelihood program 2. Employment on the rural sector b. Renewable Energy source 1. Localized training and intervention 2. Contract Farming c. Education and training on the use of organic products 1. Savings and REDUCTION of farm input cost 2. Technology transfer and sharing d. HIGH VALUE crop accreditation and certification e. TRADING of certified organic products on the national and international level f. DEVELOPMENT and IMPLEMENTATION of a RENEWABLE ENERGY PROGRAM for the PHILIPPINES 1. Community Intervention Program 2. Community Livelihood Program To implement these profit and growth objectives in the CASTOR BEAN FARMING and TRADING the company needs: a. A project support fund to be used exclusively to jump start the Castor Bean Farming (renewable energy program) current near term expenses including capital expenditures, product, raw materials and operational expenses for the initial 1, 500 hectares plantation hence, developing 5, 000 ha. for the year 2012. To guarantee and satisfy existing castor bean supply contracts with the demand of our international buyers. Part of the fund shall also be utilized for local buying of castor beans produced from outside contracts that can take advantage of trade profits and expand into high and fast profit areas to attain positive cash flow. Privileges: 1. Product Buy-Back Exclusivity for the 1, 500 hectares-5, 000 hectares (Exclusive Supply Contract for 10 years) 2. Renewable energy program 5. Castor bean farming 6. Castor bean oil extracting plant (Second Level) The company demands integrity and quality products, and to maintain a steady growth in sales volume that will sustain for twenty years. Our technical partners in the bio fuel venture have extensive experience designing and implementing agribusiness production and processing facilities worldwide. Specific to bio fuels, our team has a long history with the biomass industry focusing on the development of engineering and operating plans for biomass processing, ethanol, bio diesel and cogeneration facilities. Our market opens several Investment Opportunities to expand and partner in its manufacturing and marketing operations and in support of the global demand, the Philippine governments organic agricultural, renewable energy and food production sustainability programs or the global economics as a whole. This is where we are engaging ourselves in partnership with foreign investor that sees the opportunity of this program viable. We are open to various considerations other than the oopportunities presented that may achieve economic feasibility and create rapid positive revenues. The strength points of these opportunities are: 1- High local and international demand of the product. 2- Availability of trained and experienced manpower. 3- Availability of unused agricultural lands and indigenous raw materials. 4- Adequate investment legislations and favourable terms for agreement. 5- Fast and assured return on investment. The Castor Bean (ricinus communis) has been widely accepted as an agricultural solution for all subtropical and tropical locations that addresses the need for commercial crops with low input costs and at the same time provides traditional farming with a viable income from current non productive lands: Castor Bean does not compete with food crops, as Castor Bean can be grown on marginal lands, which are not competitive with food production lands. Castor Bean is not competing with food grade oils. Its toxicity is sensed by animals and therefore not foraged on. It is high yielding, yielding as much as 350-650 kg of oil per hectare when no maintenance is applied to the crop i.e. fertilizers etc, to a high end yield where annual rainfalls happen at the right times, (1, 000 liter per hectare). It has a very high oil content of approximately 50% to 60%. The oil seed is collected by hand, by picking the ripe pods from the plant. It requires only moderate rainfall (approx. 600mm only) and can withstand long periods of drought, but will thrive under higher rainfall. It is an uncomplicated crop that requires little attention during its growing periods. Due to its low demand on soil fertility, it is ideal to replant marginal lands to prevent desertification and erosion Castor oil's value was recognized by the United States Congress in the agricultural Materials Act of 1984, and classified as a strategic material. We are excited with the process of planting the Castor oil plant as there is a great global demand. In fact, the demand for Castor seeds has far exceeded the supply. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the business of investing in the process of planting and harvesting of the Castor oil plant shall bring immense profit overall. With this loan and in conjunction with this loan, we will make a number of modifications or changes to our current business in order to reach those targets by signing in Local Government Units into the castor bean farming so as with the big land owners on potential areas. We engage ourselves in the development of community based livelihood assisted program as an additional source of product supply and trade revenues as well as development of local cooperatives to sustain the project objectives.
