MLS operates the largest automatic LED production capacity in China and currently has 450 sets of advance ASM

full-automatic LED Die Bonders, 500 sets ASM automatic Wire Bonder from the USA; 400 sets of spectrometric

machines, 100 automatic sealing lines from Taiwan.
