Technical assistance has also played a vital role in the success. We are agents, traders and also the buying house for a major yarn distributor in Italy for the last 20 years. The service that we have provided our partners has become very strong due to the openness of our operations with them. Despite our home base being Jakarta, Indonesia, our network of suppliers extends to India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, China and the Philippines.

We have a representative office in India which keeps us abreast of the local market conditions and we have similar associations with other similar companies enabling us to cater to markets like Europe, Japan and the US.
