GENERAL PROPERTIES
- Roasting ovens are manufactured as horizontal type with the capacity of between 50kg/h and 6000 kg/h
- These ovens having the most appropriate system for roasting process of every kind of dried-nuts can also be used for drying vegetables, fruits and other fresh products.
- Separate roomed roasting system, significant feature of these ovens, preserves the aroma of the product at the highest rate
- The burnt gases' being thrown out without touching the product lengthens its shelf life
- Products are made of completely stainless steel profile and sheetiron (AISI 304 CrNi)
- As fuel; naturel gas, LPG or motorine are used in the heating system.
- Roasting air circulation is provided from top to bottom and bottom to down respectively and homogenous product roasting process is made with the help of this property
- Roasting band is completely made of stainless steel wire-knitted band and the speed of this band can be controlled with an AC motor drive. On the other hand, the movement of the band can be controlled by the help of band balancing system in the ovens with a high capacity
- As the cooling fan has an air circulation with high flow, this decreases the product to the room temperature and makes it suitable to be packaged
- Thanks to the curtained band exit mechanism which was thought for the products like peanut, inclined to be broken; This problem is handled
