MIRZACO was founded in 1980 by M. Usman Mirza, a veteran of corporate marketing, business development, general management, consulting and entrepreneurial business. We have been in the VENTURE CAPITAL markets actively since 1987. Mr. Mirza has an MBA in Marketing from Columbia University and an MA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. He held key management positions in advertising, marketing and business development at major companies like Coca-Cola and Time, Inc.
He was president of a public company, founder of a beverage distribution company that launched Snapple Ice Teas, and a founding partner / owner of several ventures. Mirzaco has caused funding for over 30 projects from $100, 000 in seed capital to over $50 million in high yield bonds.
