Minerales Ferrosos de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. it´s a legally incorporated and registered company before the Mexican Gobernment authorities in the 2010 year. It lies conformed by a group of entrepreneurs with 24 years of experience in mining in Baja California and in Mexico. Among our partners we have miners who had worked with mining gold, iron, sand and other minerals, also a geologist engineer and experienced business managers in the export of other products to China, South Korea and other southeast Asian countries. During the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 we focused the work of the company to locate, evaluate and negotiate contract rights for iron ore mining operation, and the preparation of the environmental impact studies to obtain the federal and state permits required to export the iron. From January this year, we started the work to make a joint venture to trade mineral copper ore concentrate well as copper slag.
