We are India based manufacturer of Cold forged Specials, standard and Nonstandard Fasteners. Our unit is 180kms away from Mumbai, in India. We have gathered expertise in coldforging with an experience of last more than 35 years in this field.
We do export of our Various Products like Clevis Pins, Studs, Bolts, Battery Bolts, Groove Pins etc. To UK and USA regularly since last 10 years.
Our cold forging setup is with 19 Cold forging Headers out of which 10 are Multi-station Headers of well-known makes like Hatebur-Swistzerland, Peltzer Ehler-Germany, Asahi Okuma-Japan, Chun Zu-Taiwan to cater your requirements
We have set up for secondary operations like drilling, machining, grinding, knurling, milling, tapping, slotting, pressing, bending etc.
We can also provide Heat Treatment and Surface Finishes as per requirements.
Quality systems are followed as per ISO requirements and our unit is Certified for ISO: 9001.
