Merry's Mushroom House was established and managed by Rosemarie Robes who returned to the Philippines in 2013.  Rosemarie was on a "mission" - you could say with a passion - to bring to the market products that maintain or promote good health, while at the same time being delicious.   Oyster mushrooms were a perfect candidate and now, in just a short period of time, Merry's Mushroom House is already one of the larger Oyster mushroom growers in the Philippines.  (We're now developing a range of mouthwatering food products - authentic dishes - which will include Oyster mushrooms among the ingredients.  Doing this with passion, of course!  More about these exciting developments in the very near future.)
 
Currently, Merry's Mushroom has the capability to supply between 100kg and 150kg of fresh Oyster mushrooms daily.  We also dehydrate some of our crop and are able to supply dried mushrooms.  Our market is predominantly local but we welcome enquiries from the export and import communities.
 
Rosemarie was driven to not only produce Oyster mushrooms in volume, but to also maintain a consistently high quality of product.  This has been achieved through painstaking efforts which commenced with almost a year of research and development.  Now, the end result of this effort is a delicious and health promoting natural product which was first offered locally in early 2014 and which, due to its wonderful flavour and extensive health benefits, is fast becoming increasingly popular.
