Our company name is Meikar Industrial Co., Ltd. , which was registered?n Hong Kong with an aim to get privilege in tax.?he?riginal name was Hong Kong Meikar Umbrella Co., ltd. in 2006, but?ne year later, since our business also expended into bags and real estate,?e changed the?ame into Meikar Industrial Co., Ltd. But?n order to avoid confusion to some customers, some of my colleagues are still use the old name. That's the reason why we write Hong Kong Meikar Umbrella Co., Ltd. in the ITS report. ?ur factory-Quanzhou Meikar Umbrella Co., Ltd. was invested by the company of Meikar Industrial Co., Ltd. Regarding the address-Longqiao zone of Longqiao District, Anxi County, Quanzhou City, Fujian, China, it is our working plants' address. Another address: Rm# 1903-1905 Grand Imperial Plaza, Xiahe Road, Xiamen, Fujian, China , is our head office address. Our Finance Department, Design&Souring Department, Sales&Marketing Department, and Show Room, are in Head office. QA&QC, Sample center, manufacturing lines, etc. are in Working Plants.

2)Regarding the ITS report.
The ITS?udit was required by Woolworths, which is one of our key customers. The ITS report is mainly about umbrella, but Woolworths also accept it for the bags orders. Because the bags and umbrellas are?using the same type of sewing machines. The bags line and umbrella line are like different department of our factory. and they share the QA&QC department, Purchasing Department, Managing team, etc. This ITS report has also been accepted by Disney and Totes, who also cooperate with us on both bags and umbrellas.
