PRODUCT RANGE : MEGA is manufacturing high tensile and stainless steel fasteners like Stud bolts, Hex & Square headed Bolts, T – Head Bolts, Friction-Grip Bolts, Structural Bolts, U – Bolts, J – Bolts, Tie – Rods, Foundation Bolts, Hanger Rods, Hex Nuts and any other bolt and threaded components as per Customer’s drawing and specifications. 2. SIZE RANGE : MEGA make fasteners are available right from M12 to M100 dia in Metric series and from 1/2” to 4” dia in UNC series. The length of fasteners vary upto 5.5 meters. 3. MATERIAL RANGE : MEGA make fasteners are available in different materials like ASTM A193 Gr. B7, B7M, B8, B8M, B16, ASTM A320 Gr. L7, L7M & L43 (for low temperature application), ASTM A194 Gr. 2H, 2HM, Gr. 8, Gr. 8M, Gr. 7, IS 1367 Cl. 8.8, Cl. 10.9, Cl. 12.9 with Phosphate coated, Zinc Plated, Cadmium Plated, Teflon & Xylan Coated, Dacromet coated and any other material as per Customer’s request. 4. INHOUSE FACILITY FOR FORGING, HEAT-TREATMENT & PHYSICAL TESTING :  MEGA is equipped with Screw Press Forging Machines for Bolt and Nut Forging. Due to this in house forging facility, we are able to give quicker delivery of Bolts & Nuts.  MEGA has In-house Heat Treatment facilities like Solution Annealing, Hardening , Tempering & Normalizing which results in faster processing time & better control on quality.  MEGA is equipped with 40 ton capacity UTM (fully computerized with electronic extensometer) for physical testing which is calibrated and approved by BVIS  MEGA is equipped with Magnetic Particle Examination equipment for crack detection of the fasteners  MEGA is equipped with portable spectro for Positive Material Identification  MEGA is equipped with CNC Lathes and PLC Controlled Pneumatic Chamfering and Facing Machines for higher production 5. ACHIEVEMENTS : NUCLEAR / ATOMIC & SPACE APPLICATION :  MEGA has supplied more than 100, 000 Bolts with Nuts in High Tensile and Stainless Steel Material in different sizes for Primary Piping Project of NPCIL at TAPP under L&T and NPCIL inspection.  MEGA has supplied more than 100, 000 various types of fasteners in High Tensile and Stainless Steel material to NPCIL project at KAIGA and RAPP under NPCIL inspection.  MEGA has supplied more than 10, 000 S.S. (B8M Graded) Studs & Nuts with IGC Test to Sempell Valves for BARC.  MEGA has supplied M100 x 5500 mm long Hanger Rods with Rod Coupler, Nuts and Washers in ASTM A320 Gr. L43 material with UT, MPT, Impact and Lateral Expansion tests to Primary Piping Project of NPCIL at TAPP under L&T and NPCIL inspection. OIL & GAS APPLICATION (ONSHORE & OFFSHORE) :  MEGA has supplied more than 39, 000 fasteners with Zinc plated and Hot Dip Galvanized to CAIRN ENERGY PTY. for their Lakshmi Oilfield Project at Hazira under TOYO inspection.  MEGA is regular suppliers of fasteners to BPCL  MEGA has supplied fasteners to various LPG projects of M/s. HPCL, IOCL through Contractors.  MEGA has supplied B7 & B8 graded Stud and Nuts with IGC test under TUV inspection. PETROCHEMICAL, CHEMICAL & FERTILZER APPLICATION :  MEGA has supplied fasteners in thousands to various companies like Reliance Industries, Deepak Fertilisers, Gharda Chemicals, Finolex, IFFCO, Tata Chemicals, Sanjana Cryogenic, Zuari Agro, Nagarjuna Oil Corporation, NALCO, MRPL, OMPL, BCPL, HPCL, BPCL, BG Exploration, Cairn Energy Pty. Ltd. etc. for their different applications. HOT OIL APPLICATION :  Mega has supplied more than 50, 000 fasteners to Garden Silk Mills for Hot Oil Application under CHEMTEX inspection within a record time of 20 working days. CEMENT INDUSTRY:  Mega has supplied more than 10, 000 fasteners to ACC Cements and their various Contractors.  Mega has supplied more than 10, 000 fasteners to GULF METAL LLC SHARJA , UAE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEMs) / CONTRACTORS :  MEGA has supplied very critical Foundation Bolts to L&T, Hazira for their IFFCO Project.  MEGA has supplied 3” UN8 special types of bolts in B7 material with various operations like Milling and Drilling other than threading with Impact test, HOT TENSILE TEST and MPT under BVIS inspection to L&T, Powai.  MEGA has supplied M64 x 4600 mm long Studs in ASTM A193 Gr. B7 material for Plated Heat Exchangers under Lloyd’s Inspection to Tranter India Pvt. Ltd  MEGA has supplied M39 x 4500 mm long Stud for Plated Heat Exchangers in B7 material to Gea Ecoflex India Pvt Ltd. VALVES & PUMPS INDUSTRY :  MEGA has supplied more than 1, 00, 000 Studs in ASTM A320 Gr. L7M material to Ghatge Patil Industries.  MEGA is supplying bulk quantities of fasteners to AUDCO, DRESSER, VIRGO ENGINEERS, KSB PUMPS, KIRLOSKAR EBARA, SHALIMAR VALVES PVT. LTD, FOURESS ENGG. , CRANE PROCESSORS, SEMPELL VALVES etc. TURBINE INDUSTRY :  MEGA has supplyied to M/s. TRIVENI ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIES LTD , various types of fasteners in ASTM A 193 GR B16 material used at very high temperature service.
