Quicklime
The active CaO content shall be no less than 80%.
The fineness ( 0.08mm screen tail over) shall be no less than 10%.
MgO content                           : no more than 2%
Slaking temperature                 : 53�
Slaking speed                        : 10~15min
Slaking rate                             : no greater than 2%
The content of over-burnt lime    : not more than 2%

Cement
The cement shall be in accordance with the national standard.

Gypsum

The dihydrate gypsum is preferred universally, whose quality shall be in accordance with the national standard.
CaSO4-2H2O content     : no more than 85%
PiOs content                : no more than 3%
Initial setting time       : no less than 6min
Final setting time         : no more than 30 min

Aluminum Paste

The aluminum powder mastic used for sand aero Crete block shall be in accordance with the JC/T407-2000.
Oils aluminum powder mastic: the solid share GLY75>75% or GLY65>65%;
The activated aluminum contained  >90%
Aqua aluminum powder mastic: the solid share GLY75>70% or GLY65>65%; the activated aluminum contained >85%
0.075mm screen tail over <3%
The gas yield of Oils aluminum powder mastic should range from 50% to 80% in 4min, more than 90% in 16 min and more than 99% in 30min
The gas yield of aqua aluminum powder mastic should range from 40% to 60% in 4min, more than 90% in 16 min and more than 99% in 30min;.
