Polyurethane glues will work on just about all marine plywood, porous or not. Wood, metals, rubbers, film faced plywood, leather, tile and glass, film faced plywood, concrete and brick, the list goes on. It does not work well on marine plywood, polyethylene or on such substances as teflon or silicone. Nor does it like waxy or oily surfaces.
