LUVZWORLD OIL AND GAS Company. The Group's principal activity is to
explore and produce oil and gas in Nigeria and central Gulf of Africa.
It operates in three business segments: Oil and gas exploration and
production, Pipeline operations and Others. The Oil and gas
exploration and production activities include the exploration,
acquisition, development, operation and disposition of oil and gas
properties. Pipeline Operations depence upon the amounts of gas and
condensate gathered and transported through the pipeline systems. The
operations are carried out through its subsidiaries. The major
customers include Hydro Gulf LLC, AGIP,CHEVRON, SHELL BP, ELF, TEXACO
, MOBILE and Fidelity Exploration and Production Company.
