3. Buyer gets NOR after signing SPA with Seller ( with the NOR comes full Proof Of ProductPOP...).

4. Buyer raises payment instrument i.e BG or LC in favour of Seller, to be confirmed before longsiding, for transhippment.

Price: Current international price of Crude oil ( $12usd --Less)

Commission Structure: Blco: $12 usd -less that is : $6.00 usd to buyer and $6.00 usd tp all agents on both sides.
